Embassy of Japan in Bosnia and Herzegovina is recruiting a local staff

Job description and working hours:

• Job description: Assistant works for the department of economic and development affairs including other secretarial duties (the post may be changed afterwards according to the internal regulation of the Embassy.)
• Working hours: 8:30-12:30 and 13:30-17:00, Monday to Friday.
• In case of emergency or necessity, overtime work may be requested outside working hours as indicated above or on holidays (overtime allowance will be paid).
• Working location: Sarajevo

Requirements:

• Citizenship of Bosnia and Herzegovina or permanent residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Bachelor degree (relevant experience or expertise is desirable)
• Excellent sense of team work
• Excellent communication skills with excellent command of English
• Excellent IT and computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)

Scheduled start of employment: 1st October 2024
